CalltoProposal stores uploaded transcripts, extracted scope, estimates, generated proposals, and workspace settings to provide the product.
What is stored
Call transcripts, supporting evidence files, generated proposal content, share-link activity, team membership, and billing state are stored for the workspace.
How it is used
Workspace data is used to analyze discovery evidence, generate proposal artifacts, maintain history, and support billing and operational troubleshooting.
Sensitive uploads
Do not upload regulated health, payment-card, or government-secret data unless you have a separate written agreement covering that use.
Retention and deletion
Workspace owners can request export or deletion through support. Operational logs may be retained for security and reliability.
